Katie Milligan
Hi! My name is Katie and I'm a Personal Trainer here at Wright Fit. I have loved sport from the age of 11 when I started playing Volleyball. I loved playing sport all the way through school, whether it was Hockey, Volleyball, Football, I just always really enjoyed it! From then, I have always had the idea in mind of being a personal trainer as I attended a boot camp with my mum. Although I was always really nervous in a gym. I was always the friend that never had the ‘flat’ stomach so during covid I started doing home workouts which helped me shift a bit of weight, that’s when I really fell in love with exercise and the gym.
I studied Sport Science for 2 years and then went on to do my Gym Instructing and Personal Training course which gave me all the knowledge for the gym that I have today! Whether your goal is to lose weight, gain weight, build muscle or become stronger; I can help you achieve your goal with the right workouts and nutritional advice!
